PUSH to be a Stronger Runner

The “Stronger Runner” training is an athlete that understands the need for the small things.  Push has put together a hybrid group training class just for the runners.  The class offers the following:  Complete isolation of abdominal muscles and training of  essential muscles used in running.  Push believes in the focus of the core and making it the key asset to your training.  Group runs will also be offered to help on the days when it is hard to do it alone.
