PUSH sports performance training would like to introduce “ALL OUT” hybrid training. ALL OUT group training and private training, it will show you how to overcome your limitations in your training and fitness goals. All training will be design under a base timer the will alert you when is the optimal time to start and stop. You will be able to burn more calories, lose more fat, and improve your cardiovascular fitness level while spending less time doing cardio. ALL OUT is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Please note that I didn’t say HIIT would be easier, just that it would take less of your time. In fact, the HIIT approach to cardio exercise & strength training is very physically demanding and isn’t for everyone. For those that want a challenge and except the hard journey to results and the new you this is the training for you.
